1. Any aggrieved student should file an appeal in writing to the to the Principal/Vice Chancellor of the institution in which he/she was registered or head of examination centre where he/she took the examination
  2. Appeal fee shall be paid collectively by the Principal/Vice Chancellor of the appealing candidate in the NACTE Bank account after being a control number;
  3. Technical Institutions and Universities shall submit all appeals to the Executive Secretary, NACTE. Appeals should be accompanied with submission letter and a collective Bank pay in slip/receipt of the payment of the appeal fee;
  4. Decision of appeals will be published within two weeks from the date of the Committee Meeting or Six weeks from the date of publishing results

System will generate control number. used in payment. It may be done via Mobile Money Tigopesa, Mpesa, Airtel Money or via Bank accounts CRDB ,NMB and NBC.

  1. Any appeal must be accompanied by payment of non-refundable fee of Tshs. 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand only);
